The 4125 made by ACT is a DVD, DVD+-R/RW Jitter Meter to make real time jitter and level measurements of HF/RF, total T(JISX6241, ECMA-267 recommended) of DVD, HF/RF of DVD players, DVD+-R/RW drives and Pickups.
Additionally, it can measure WOBBLE jitter of the DVD-R/RW signal in x1, x2, x4 speed, (x6, x8 optional) , DVD+R/RW signal in x1, x2 speed. (x4, x8 optional)
GO/NO-GO judgment and GP-IB interface (optional) are provided for the production line of DVD+-R/RW optical pickups, drives and sets.
This is a high integrated jitter meter for high integrated disc driver production line.

We do not have a manual, so we are not really able to test the instument properly. That´s why we offer it "as is"
