EFD 1500XL

Das Präzisions-Dosiergerät EFD 1500 XL ist für die Dosierung präziser konstanter Mengen an Kleb- und Dichtstoffen sowie Silikonen konzipiert.
Durch einen Mikroprozessor sind die Stoffdosiermengen genau gleich, unabhängig von der Zahl der Dosierungen.
Mit einer manuellen "Teach"-Funktion lässt sich die gewünschte Stoffmenge festlegen. Die Dosiermenge kann zudem per Feineinstellung über den Timer festgelegt werden.
Installation und Arbeitsweise des 1500 XL sind einfach und effizient. Der Klebstoff wird in eine Einweg-Kartusche gegeben (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten), die mit einem leichten, flexiblen Luftschlauch an den Dispenser angeschlossen ist. Der Dispenser wird, nachdem er an die Druckluft- und die Stromversorgung angeschlossen wurde, über die „Teach"-Funktion oder über den Timer eingestellt.
Um nun die voreingestellte Klebstoffmenge aufzutragen, wird die Kartusche wie ein Kugelschreiber gehalten, die Dosiernadel an die vorgesehene Position gesetzt und der Fußschalter gedrückt. Durch erneutes Drücken des Fußschalters kann die Auftragsmenge bei Bedarf verdoppelt werden.
Wird mit Fußschalter geliefert, wie abgebildet, jedoch ohne weiteres Zubehör.

The Precisison Dispenser EFD 1500 XL is designed for the precise dosage of constant quantities of adhesives, sealants and silicones.
Due to a microprocessor, the dosage quantities are exactly the same, regardless of the number of doses.
A manual teach function allows to rate the desired quantity of material. The quantity can also be set by tuning the timer.
Installation and operating of the 1500 XL is easy and efficient. The adhesive is placed in a disposable cartridge (not included), which is connected to the dispenser with a lightweight, flexible air hose. After the dispenser is connected to the power line and the air supply, it will be adjusted by using the teach function or through the timer.
To apply the default quantity of the adhesive, the cartridge has to be held as a pen. Than the dosing needle has to be put to the intended position and the footswitch has to be pressed. Pressing the footswitch again will double the quantity.
Comes with footswitch, as shown on picture, but without further accessories.
